On December 18, 2025, the National Science Foundation (NSF) published a notice in the Federal Register announcing the availability of the draft Proposal & Award Policies & Procedures Guide (PAPPG)(NSF 24-1) for comment. NSF will accept comments from the external community until COB February 10, 2025. 

You can find the draft PAPPG on the Policy Office website. In the draft, revised texted is highlighted in yellow, and explanatory comments are included in the margin, where appropriate.
