Have you come across the new ROAD available on OSP's website? The OVPR Info Team has published the Research Administration and Operations Dashboard (ROAD), which is now live and ready for access. 

Developed by OVPR Info Team Applications Systems Analyst and Programmer, Nick Bummara, ROAD leverages the power of Tableau to provide an look into current and past operational metrics, including average completion times for new awards and modifications, numbers of in-process award actions, average cumulative time in processing states for agreements, and numbers of in-process agreements, among others. 

Charts and tables currently cover various aspects of award and agreements processes with functionality to view the data in different ways. For example, the Contracts — Completed Actions table can be filtered by agreement type and status using dropdown filter. 

Although ROAD only captures award setups, agreement actions, and award/agreement modifications, there are plans to incorporate post-award financial management data in the future. You can find ROAD on the OSP website main menu under "Dashboards," or you can check it out using the link above.
